My First Avocado Rose!

Look, ma! I made an avocado rose. I've seen these beautiful avocado creations all over Instagram, and I finally took a stab at my own! I served mine over toast and scrambled eggs with parsley, pepper, lemon, and olive oil. Here's how I did it!
