Mango Smoothie Bowl with Coconut and Berries
My favorite way to eat smoothies is in a bowl-- because TOPPINGS. I definitely need some texture and crunch with my blended fruit, and this gives me an excuse to load it up with protein and fiber-filled options like hemp seeds and chia seeds.
This bowl is a great source of antioxidants and immunity-boosters, especially with my special little addition of ginger.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cube ginger, sliced
- 2-3 strawberries
- 6 blackberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Coconut flakes
Blend banana, mango, orange juice and ginger, and top with the rest of ingredients!
